What Verx Is

An infrastructure holdings company

Verx is the parent structure behind a group of companies. It doesn't compete in any single market — instead, it provides the infrastructure each of its subsidiaries is built on: ownership, governance, capital, and the legal and operational foundation that lets a business stand and scale.

Where a subsidiary goes from there is up to the subsidiary. Each one chooses its own sector and charts its own course. CredMe, the first, chose fintech. Verx stays the constant beneath them all.

What We Believe

"Great companies need a foundation as serious as their ambition."

— Verx

We hold, we build
Verx owns its subsidiaries directly. This isn't a fund or an accelerator — it's a holding company with real ownership, governance, and long-term accountability for what it builds.
Infrastructure first
Before a product, there's a foundation. Verx puts the structure, capital, and systems in place so each company can focus entirely on its own market.
Built for the long run
We're not optimising for a quick exit. Verx builds companies meant to endure — patient, deliberate, and structured to last.
